    Night-Blooming Cereus

Look up night blooming cereus on Google. Peniocereus greggii and Epiphyllum oxypetalum are both referred to as night blooming cereus. Both are cactus so for most people that would be an exotic. They are grown as house plants.
If you like night-fragrant plants Cestrum nocturnum is easy to grow although it may be overpowering indoors. Brugmansia ssp. grow nicely as summer potted plants in many areas. Night-scented stocks (Matthiola bicornis) and Zaluzianskya ssp. are divinely fragrant night blooming plants for the garden. Mix them into the border with showier plants.
