Japanese Timber Bamboo

    Hi! I would like to have some bamboo plants in my yard. I live in zone 6 and i really would like somthing that is tall. I like the Japanese Timber type, but i am afraid that winter will kill it. What do you think?

    Try Phyllostachys aureoculcata.

    I also like Fishpole bamboo, is this hardy in zone 6?
