Interesting question. I don't think any of the species you name will work. A. beurgerianum sp. is typically used, I believe, for cultivars of the same species.

However, buerg. is a member of Section Pentaphylla Series Trifida after de Jong 96. So if we accept this part of the classification any of the same series would work: e.g. coriaceifolium, discolor, paxii. I don't know if experiments have been performed in this direction, though it would be very interesting with some of the more tender evergreen beurgs.

The maples you name in the post are Section Palmata, Platanoidea and Macrantha respectively. I don't think these will graft onto Trifida, but good luck, and let us know how the experiment goes!
