http://xrl.us/np52 Cobaea Scanden Pictures Information about the cultivar http://seeds.thompson-morgan.com/us/product/1356/1 There are two plants, which I started in February indoors. They are difficult to germinate and grow slowly. I grew these two years ago and they were marvellous, but this year they are even better. Almost eight feet high on June 25 is quite remarkable. Soon the support will be filled daily with bell shaped flowers. Most people in my area have never seen this flower. The plant is not in bloom, but the formation of the flower is rather interesting, and this is what these pictures are about. Durgan.
http://xrl.us/ofiz http://xrl.us/ofiz 6 July 2006. Two pictures of the flowering buds. They are a yellowish white and really still do not look like the pretty bloom that they become. This is a very slow plant to bloom, but here are many buds and the growth is almost perfect. Durgan.
