Hello Everyone: I am adding my situation to the several posts on cedar hedges turning brown. I have a cedar hedge (in Parksville, BC) which has thrived for many years, but this year I am seeing some signs that it may not be as healthy as in past years. What I am seeing in the last couple of months is browning at the tips of many of the leaves. As you can see from the pictures, it doesn't look critical at the moment, and there is a lot of new growth on the hedge, but the brown areas are increasing, and I am concerned that it is the start of something nasty. I believe the hedge is getting enough water, and we do not add any fertilizer.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

    Regards. . .
