I bought an Alstroemeria Princess Lily plant from a local nursery(Sheridan Nursery) After some searching on the net I think I have its exact type down to the 'Amazone' variety. The person at the nursery said the plant was an annual. Here is my dilema :

I know the person in the nursery said it is an annual. I am growing it in a pot as opposed to putting it in the ground. The flowers are so gorgeous! Is there any way I can save the plant so that I can still have blooms for the next few years? I am not sure if these plants produce seeds which might be used for the following year.

    Help!
