I have a houseplant that I can't seem to find in any of my books. It has 4-6" long, oblong-linear leaves. Leaves are green/gray mottled on top and purplish on bottom. The lower ends of the stems are bulbous, but sit on top of the soil. Roots come out of this thickened part. These "stems" root very easily in water. I bought it at Home Depot and it was labeled "Assorted Foliage Plants" and of course, no one there knew its name. Thanks for any clues.

Maybe Zebrina pendula ( wandering jew) or Tradescantia albiflora (giant white inch plant) ?
