I have two flowering perennial plants planted by previous owner. Please help me to identify them. Thanks.

    Plant 1:
Grass-like leaves with light or dark blue flowers
    Height: 6 inch
    Spread: 6 inch

    Plant 2:
    Red flowers
    Height: 1 feet
    Spread: 1 feet

If you know the shrub next to plant 1, please let me know too. Thanks.

"Granny's Bonnet" is the common name often used to refer to double- or hose-in-hose flowered columbines... for all the frills, looking like an old-fashioned tied-under-the-chin-type bonnet.

"Columbine" is a more general common name for Aquilegia spp..
