Good morning, everyone! Thank you so much for all the help in advance. I live in North Burnaby on the 22nd flood and have a patio full of container plants. For the last few summers, I have been fighting aphids and that seemed to be in control this year. However I found some new bugs that I can't identify. These are tiny black/grey bugs that seem to congregate underneath my container plants. They are very tiny - about 1 mm in length and scurry quite fast. I have not seen them on any of my plants, just underneath my pots. If anyone has any ideas as to what they are and whether they are harmful to my plants and need to get rid of them, please let me know!! I've attached two images - the best ones that I can take given the size of these bugs! The small black elongated thing in the middle of the pictures are the bugs. Thanks!!!
