Hello, I am looking for information on the timing (by month, on average) of bud burst, leaf unfolding and shoot elongation of:
    Douglas fir
    Paper Birch
    Salal
in the BC coastal area. Are there any resources available at UBCBG or among the knowlegable members? So far I could only find it happening "in Spring"...

    Hi,

I had received your request via a forwarded email yesterday -- but I had to ask for some help, as I am not permitted into the office unless for critical work. We have archival records of native plant phenology that I am hoping other staff have the time to photograph and text me.
