This fungus started to grow in my basement after a lot of rain and moisture. It has no smell that i can smell, and looks like strips of orange, curly wax that grows right out of the ground. The newborn fungi have little arms and are very small. Could someone please help me?

I'm going to suggest Peziza domiciliana for consideration.
