This is my first time growing broccoli, as well as growing them from seed. The seedlings got off to a good start, but since I transplanted outside 2 weeks ago (I am in Port Moody, BC), each plant has one or two leaves that get irregularly shaped light coloured (almost see-through) patches. I didn't harden them off since I figured they were cool weather plants and wouldn't mind the cold - perhaps there's my mistake.

Other than the spots on individual leaves, the rest of the plant seems to still be growing fine.

Any ideas as to what it is and how I can stop them from loosing more leaves (they've only got a few to start with!)

Prune the bad leaf out...that is what I do with my broccoli that has bad leaves. This is common.
