Can't get a close enough view to tell if it's that or another kind.

    Welcome to the forums Chad57.
Your pic is too small to zoom in successfully.
There are several Magnolia's it might be.
We all need to see a really good close up of the flowers to say for sure which one it might be.

Be careful selecting one for a small garden...some are very wide spreading and some can grow into huge trees. You have a huge choice!

If you just want a deep pink one then Magnolia liliiflora nigra is a good one.

Magnolia Black Tulip is rather special.

Magnolia Susan is easy to find in any garden centre.

Magnolia stellata Leonard Messel is one of my favourite paler pink one.

While Magnolia x soulangeana Rustica Rubra is deeper pink than the ordinary M.x soulangeana.

Excellent and thanks for the help in identifying for me. Sadly after checking over the magnolias they are not suitable for my garden so i shall have to look around hopefully for something similar.
    Thanks again.
