I am trying to find out about the lifecycle of orchids. Where are the seeds produced in the flowers?

They are produced within the pods! Maybe capsule might be a better term?
Orchids are just like any other angiosperm!
    Basically stamens, pistils, etc.
The reproductive cycle for any flowering angiosperm will apply in a general sense to orchids. Check a bio or botany text for details.
