Appreciate if you can help me ID this tall/leggy plant. We just moved in to our house right now and I'm sure I'll be seeing lots of new things this spring/summer. Thanks.

Knotweed, a large and persistent pest plant in this region. Spreads to form patches on suitable sites, you will want to get rid of it now while it is still limited in extent.

Thanks. I will get rid of them ASAP. On the ferns, yes they're very lovely...I have 2 growing in the greenhouse and they're about 3' tall...

Lady fern. This can also be a nuisance, depending on your reaction to where it appears.
