Any idea what this is? The underside of the leaves have tiny raised bumps that feel dry and gritty. I’m on Vancouver Island. Brand new NZ lemonade which was purchased from a garden centre on the mainland who purchased from Four Winds Growers.

It might be a mild case of citrus scab: Fact Sheet: Citrus scab | Citrus Diseases ... if only a few leaves have those lesions you may want to pick those leaves off and dispose of them in the trash just in case the scab is still alive. It can be treated with a copper fungicide, but if it's isolated to a few leaves it is much easier to get rid of the infected leaves.
