The first to leaf out here was Acer ginnala (my pictures are so bad I won't post any) The second one is Acer palmatum 'Little Princes' (a.k.a. 'Mapi no machi hime') Next comes 'Katsura' (no photo, but in a warmer spot than the previous ones) Then comes Acer palmatum 'Phoenix'. The second picture is a photo of a cutting I made last year (this one seems easy to propagate this way) Sorry, I did take photos of a 1 metre-high Katsura this afternoon (third picture).
