    Hello!

I'm growing a variety of cucumber types in an attached greenhouse. They are all loaded with small cukes, but they are very very slow to lengthen and fill out. In other years, they filled out within days. I changed the soil this year, and wonder if something is lacking that stimulaties fruit growth. We had much cloudy weather, but lately it's been very sunny.

Any input will be greatly appreciated!

Hi, they need a humus rich soil, any good balanced fertilizer will do, feed once a week, keep them in a humid environment, and try to keep the collar of the plant on the dry side.
We grow ours on straw bales which have been previously soked in water, and produce great results, however the afore advice should produce good results, hope this helps,
