My potted Meyer Lemon has 16 healthy lemons growing and was looking great untill 3 weeks ago.. it started getting these light yellow spots and some leaves have fallen off and turned completely yellow. I have treated with neem oil and fertilizer with citritone.. I have looked very closely and see no signs of mites or bugs.. just a few ants.. any help? It has been in the same pot for three years I was thinking of upgraded it to a bigger pot and some new citrus soil and some of its old soil but I don’t want to do any harm while it’s growing 16 lemons

Ants are often a sign of scale. I did not spot any in your photos, but scale is very hard to see. The discoloration does seem to indicate some type of issue but I cannot identify based on the photos provided. You may want to look very closely with a magnifying glass. If you are not prone to citrus hypochondria ;-) you might want to look through the idtools pages to see if anything matches: Image Gallery | Citrus Diseases
