Nope that's a houseplant Schefflera (Aralia) elegantissima.
It could spend the Summer on a shaded porch or patio though.

Thankyou so much. I read up on it, seems I am doing good for not knowing what it was, apparently it looses leaves when it is over water or under watered, and mine hasn't lost a single leaf ^_^.

Though I am worried about some of the leaves curling, mostly at the top, it is strange cause only some are, the rest look perky, or thouse leaves dieing?

Keep an eye out for Spider Mites, These are magnets for them and you may see
very fine webbing at the tips which will then curl and drop leaves.
