Identification: 3 more for ID

    All of these were growing on trees. Perhaps the last one with the "branches" is a lichen. It was also growing on the nurse log.

    Photo #3 - Possibly a Calocera species
    Photo #2 - In another thread once we were discussing the differences between Trametes and Cerrena, one being the tendency of Cerrena's pores to break apart and look teeth-y: I'm wondering if this could perhaps be Cerrena? Did you get a good look at the underside?

    Thank you your IDs. #2 has "toothy" gills hanging downward. Very interesting. Which one does that make them?

    I'm still feeling a bit shaky on my Cerrena identification: If we had a sample of that specimen, to cut the flesh crosswise, a black line/flesh layer would, apparently, confirm Cerrena.
