#2 might be the Areca palm or Chrysalidocarpus lutescens
I think it is Dracaena sanderiana
I think it looks more like Dracaena marginata
The second one looks like Tradescantia albiflora
I thought Dragon tree was Dracaena marginata:
Dracaena fragrans "Massangeana" or Corn plant
It looks like young coconut palm seedling. I never tried to grow them indoors, but if you google on "Coconut palm care", it might help.
More accurate name might be Tradescantia spathacea...

I am growing couple palms from seeds. The one of them is Thurston fan palm - Pritchardia thurstonii. It's doing good in a shade.
I think you are right in both cases.
That palm looks to me as Chamaedorea elegans or Parlour palm.
But let's see what other people think.
