Thank you for your help. When I looked at a Jack in the puplit it didn't appear to be the same plant. I must have seen one not in it's fruiting...
I found this plant and many like it in a woods in southern Minnesota can you help me identify it? Is it poisonous? Edible? I started seeing them...
