    Cannas - When should they start to grow?

    I left my cannas (Tropicana) in the ground last winter - my garden is in Vancouver. They have not yet shown signs of life this spring (May 22nd)....

    I left 5 cannas (Tropicana) in the ground last winter in my Point Grey, Vancouver garden. They are not yet showing above ground (May 21st)....
