    I ask for help.
I can only buy one. Which would you buy, the Amber Ghost acer or the Uncle Ghost acer?

What a decision G, but between the two I would say Amber if you want a more vigorous tree and Uncle if you want the colours with slightly less vigour. I have both and tbh I would not want to be without either.

    Thanks, D
My first target this year is Olsen's Frosted Strawberry acer. I see the photos of the forum and it seems to me an incredible acer.
I also want to buy another one and I doubt between the Red Willow acer by Hupp, the Mizuho Beni and the Amber Ghost or the Uncle Ghost.
They are totally different but I can't buy them all, I don't have space.
I already have an Enkan acer that could be similar to Hupp's Red Willow, right?
And I have an Acer Summer Gold that maybe looks like the Mizuko Beni. Is that true or am I wrong?
Depending on what you say I will lean towards one or the other.

I would like to but there is no place for everyone.
That means that some enter the house and I have to reject others.

    Enter the house? Oh no.

    'Summer Gold' vs 'Mizuho Beni'

I think there are slight similarities between the two. For a yellow jm, I will pick 'Summer Gold' with no hesitation.

What are you looking for between the two?

Amber ghost every time for me, find the Uncles can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. Three wonderful colour changes through out the year/season , added some pictures of two of mine over the past few years.

Good morning G. Olsens frosted strawberry is amazing, a very good choice. I see M @ROEBUK advised Amber ghost on your first question and I cannot argu with that at all, it is amazing. Regarding Summer gold, I would go with it, as it's more heat tolerant than any yellow maple I know. 'Perfect' for your climate. I see D @LoverOfMaples has already recommended it and I agree.

Olsens from last spring , again lovely three colour changes through out the year. Find they like to be in the ground more , had some in pots but the colours were not as vibrant for me especially in the spring ?

I'm not going to bring them inside the house, ha ha ha.
I don't know English so Google helps me but sometimes Google decides for me, ha ha ha.

Thanks, I will definitely buy the Amber Ghost acer.
And of course the Olsens frosted strawberry.
Now to find a good nursery because last year the three shipments that a nursery sent me were wrong. They couldn't have done worse

You've already had some great advice here, but for me I'm always interested to see how close Uncle Ghost looks to Olsen's Frosted Strawberry. If you love the look of Olsen's then Uncle Ghost may be the one for you... on the other hand, if you already have an Olsen's then Amber is a very lovely little tree that has some different colour palettes. Here are some of mine for reference

Amber Ghost (but this is my 'favourite child', so I'm biased...)

Uncle Ghost (Next to an Olsen's Frosted Strawberry, since I do love their similarities)

    Thank you Xi Feng.
You have an especially nice Olsen´s Frosted Strawberry acer. It has incredible colors.
I think the Amber Ghost and Olsen´s Frosted Strawberry acer are the best choice.
