Here is my daughters Wilson's pink dwarf from this morning. Its doing quite nicely even though it's weighted down with slate chippings and I would like to paint the fence black, but that's for another moan, Lol.

@dicky5ash I love Aoyagi, it is one of the greens that has such a wonderful soft Autumnal colour. Very envious of your Attaryi R, such magical colours.

Hello everyone one. It's been a while since I've had time to post anything. I've find two trees in my yard with/starting fall color.

A dissectum that was damaged a few years ago in a storm. It's coming back nicely.

Good morning, here are a few taken minutes ago in my garden as the sun breaks through the clouds. Lots of varying colours now as Autumn progresses rather fast all of a sudden it seems.

Just a little bit of fall colour here with Aconitifolium, Fairy light and Sango kaku. Most have not turned yet but the winds are picking up this week so hopefully some leaves remain.

Hi D, actually it's a nail and spring. All stainless. This one is missing a stainless washer between the spring and tree, which I started using later. It's a standard arboretum method (IIRC they do this at Kew) that doesn't damage the tree as it grows, IF you keep the nail pulled enough so the spring hasn't too much tension. If you forget, the tree grows around the spring (or washer) and can cause a bit of damage. So it does take a little looking after.

The label itself is a piece of zinc cut from commercial sewer flashing. :) -E
