Would anyone like my "Manual of Woody Landscape Plants" book by Michael A. Dirr? It's the fifth edition, and it's free. I'm simplifying my book collection as I live in a small condo in Vancouver.
If you can hold onto it until things get to some sort of normalcy, we accept these sorts of books at the Garden and then give them away to our horticulture students.
There are so many gardeners I know who are downsizing and having trouble finding new homes for their unwanted gardening books. It's hard to put expensive books in the garbage. You are providing a great service to both the owners of gardening books and the students. I'm going to see if there is a similar program available to VIU horticulture students.
