I have this area in my front garden which gets harsh sun in the summer. I live in the Central Valley of California and in the summer it gets HOT over 100F. The rest of the front garden is shaded and my succulent and plants do great. Any suggestions on what I should plant here, something that will be around all year long. I am open to anything.. morning and evening it’s in the shade but late morning and afternoon is full sun.

I don’t know exactly. But, some winters we have tons of rain and sometimes hardly enough. Dec-March any where from 2-5 inches of rain a month. The rest of the garden had loads of succulents and a palm tree that do great, but they are shaded from the palm and front tree in the yard. Hope this helps and thank you!!!!!
