Identification: Anyone know this plant?

    Can anyone help me identify this plant? Is it a succulent? I want to know how to treat it well! I hope my pictures are clear enough.

    Looks like Peperomia obtusifolia, someone else will know for sure.

    It does look like Peperomia but it does not appear to be P. obtusifolia because of the pointed leaves. In accordance with the epithet the leaves should be blunt tipped. I think the non-variegated Peperomia clusiifolia is a closer match. Still, something doesn't look quite right.
