    Hello All
I have got seedlings of Windmill Palm from 4"-8" high . They were growing on the ground near mother palm tree from seed droppings. They have survived this winter. Will I be able to plant them outdoors in a new location ,now in March or when is the best time?
    Thanks for your help.

These are hardier than the banana, but I'd still give it a little while longer for the soil to warm up a bit. Maybe in a couple weeks?

It's going to warm up next week so that'd be a good time to plant them.

Thanks Gnimoyw. I have planted them outside already and they are doing well. The reason might be that I removed the seedlings which were already growing outside near the mother plant and has survived this or few winters. I have replanted them in a new location.
