Please help me ID...I just spritzed some water on the plant so the little droplets aren't usually present. Thanks, in advance, for your help!

Looks like some kind of tradescantia to me,
But somebody needs to back me up on that one.
I am not an expert, just learning...

More accurate name might be Tradescantia spathacea...

Definitely Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' (Purple Wandering Jew). We have them all over the San Antonio, TX area growing wild and cultivated. They come in 3 shades - greenish, medium purple and dark purple.

Nope, Tradescantia spathacea (formerly Rhoeo spathacea).

Purple Heart is a close relation though hence the confusion.

I admit that from the picture they look a little like Moses in the Cradle but they are difinitely Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' (Purple Wandering Jew). I have these all over my yard and they grow wild in my area. Not trying to get into a contest with you - just feel that they are Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' (Purple Wandering Jew).

Doesn't Tradescantia pallida 'Purple Heart' have fine hairs on the leaves and stems? Mine certainly does. The leaves in the photo appear smooth and shiny. In lighting conditions low enough to make the leaves green, it would grow much lankier than that. Also the underside of the green leaves are burgundy/purple. My purple heart has largely even coloring on both surfaces of the leaf.
I'm not sure if it's a spathecea though.

That is definitely Tradeacantia (formerly Rhoeo) spathacea not T. (formerly Setcreasea) pallida 'Purple Heart'.
