Thanks for the heads up. I have only had the chance to peek thru a few palmatums, but the photography is stunning.

Thank you very much for adding the Buchholz Nursery website. It is a great new
resource which I will be spending hours reviewing. The new introductions are
incredible, even many more than I had realized. Buchholz is an excellent plantman &
    produces a high quality product.

you can get their maples using a retail nursery as Eastfork Nursery, for example. Sam, the nursery owner, ussually has most of the stock produced by Talon Buchholz. I understand that she get a very important part of her inventory directly from Buchholz nursery.

I've tried to contact Sam, but no answer. She must be on vacation...

I don't think so, but she usually is very busy. Try to write an e-mail, (she always answer). Last week I received from her my 22 new cultivars. As she told me, most of them (21) are from Buchholz nursery.

All those new (to me) cultivars shown at the website are amazing. Does listing them mean that each of those "discoveries" are registered as legit AP, AS or AJ varieties? I mean legit in relation to the RHS or whomever governs the "process"
