Hi all, I just wanted to make mention of something about Compost bins. If you're looking for a bin here's a deal I found.

Save On Foods has the standard black compost bins in their Save on More points catalogue. For 2500 points and $39 you can get one, or for 25,000 points it's free (sorta- if you collect points) The same bin cost $60 at Rona.

It was nice to finally use some of my points on something I actually needed and would use! I ordered it a week ago and got it yesterday. We're adding a second in our yard.

You can view it online. I'm not sure it it's against any rules to post urls for products, so if it is, sorry I didn't know for sure. http://www.saveonmore.com/rewards_catalogue/pages/0026.htm

depending on your locale this may or may not be a great deal. Burnaby has compost bins for $30 for residents of Burnaby. At the Still Creek drop off depot.
