Hi! I planted a yew hedge 2 years ago, which is producing a ton of pollen right now. I didn't realize I must have been sent all males from the nursery?
Is there anything that can be done about this? Last year I tried to manage by just hedging before the pollen sacs opened, which helped a bit. This year the pollen sacs seem to be more distributed through the plant so my hedging won't have much effect.
My question is - are there any methods that help curb pollen production in yews? Fertilizer scheme or the like?
    Thanks!
