WOW...blooming!

    Wanted to share a photo of one of my cactus plants sprouting a bloom!!! This has never happened and I have had this plant for over 12 years!!! I just noticed it this morning. I'm not sure if it has
    opened up all the way earlier or if it is now past full bloom. Cool!!!!

    Very nice. It may have opened last night by the looks of it. Some cacti open their blooms at night.

    It may not bloom for another 12 years, so if I were you, I would snap a bunch of memories with various light settings (this one looks a bit washed out) to get some fabulous shots; some close-ups too!

    That's really cool. I don't see many blooms on monstrose forms of cacti.
