Wild pretty ground cover ID?

    Hello, I have run into this spreading across our forest floor underneath the Doug firs. It's very pretty (sorry the photo of the blossom is a little overexposed), and I've never seen it before. It's on Whidbey Island in Washington State. As you can see, for scale, there's a bit of trailing blackberry in there. I'd love it if anyone could give me an idea as to what it is. I'd appreciate it so much.
