    Hi all,

Does anyone know the right time to pick seeds from a BOP? I have so many of them and want to start trading but need to know when they're "fresh." I've heard the seeds should be no more than 6 months old but starting when? They grow in these pods that take a while to split and expose the seeds. Is that the start date?

I just moved to Florida and have a yard with very few plants. The more I learn about propagation the better!

    Thanks

I would think that when the pod splits open that is the time to start timing their freshness. Some seeds need to be fresh to get good germination results. Lisa
