Which tree could have this kind of leaf?

    Which tree could have this kind of leaf? Leaf is about 14 cm/5.51 inches height, 12 cm/4,72 inches wide. Tree is about 6 m high.

    I guess I need wait tree to bloom to be absolutely sure. But it looks that its really catalpa. Thank you so much. :)
