Which campanula purple flower ?

can someone tell me which campanula this one is - it’s blooming now in greater Vanc nr the ocean and does well in part sun part shade

The diameter of each flower is approx same as Cdn quarter coin and the leaves are approximately same dimension

It is easy maintenance and it grows in a low carpet but is not a vine like vinca

HOW TO DIVIDE? - I’d like more of this on my own garden - is this campanula divisible easily - if yes, at what time of year?
