hi! I'm currently living in Dresden, Germany. I visited a friend yesterday and she has these plants on her balcony and garden and even though they look like they could use some more care and water, I really liked them and want to have them at my place. Problem is she doesn't know what they are anymore... Could you please identify them? Thank you so much!

The leaves (I took this photo of a different pot of the same plant. Leaves in the pot with the flowers seemed t have been bitten by insects)
