After attentively going through the keys and comparing with photographs in books and online, I have settled for Viola rinviniana. The spur has a length of 8mm. This plant found growing in a wood of Fagus sylvaticus at an elevation of 830 m. In the region of Campania, S. Italy. Photographed on the 7th Sept. Would greatly appreciate a second opinion.

Looks OK for that, though Viola identification isn't easy.
