This palm is in trouble...brown specs everywhere - Help!

Hi. So I think my palm might be in trouble and I could use some help w/the problem. These brown speckles are everywhere, and the leaves are dying. I can wipe them down, but I think it may need more serious attention. Any help is truly appreciated. First picture is for Identification purposes. the second 2 are the brown. If u need more or better pics let me know. Thanks.
