    Fascinating! While Pinatex has a limited product right now, it may be possible to make it in more densities, thickness, and textures which would increase utility. If the durability is comparable to leather it may eventually replace it. No one would have said we'd be walking on bamboo or cork floors forty years ago. I like the use of what is essentially a waste product.
