This Taiwania cryptomerioides is in the Parterres area of Elk Rock Garden in Portland, Oregon. I thought this tree exhibits the dimorphism that is a distinctive feature of the species, but I'm not completely certain, as of course the top of the tree is a long way away. But there's a distinct difference in appearance of the gracefully draping lower branches and the compact narrow tree top, the tallest point seen at the centre in the first photo, which doesn't even look like it belongs to the same tree (but it does). I couldn't find anything giving the tree's age or height. Here is a comparison of the new growth on the lower branches and the upper branches.
