Suggest a Giant Elephant Ear to me

    True...the Canadian is even more than the US right now. The pounds ( my currency ) is still the dog's bollocks right now :-)

    Yes we are all up while the rest of the world sleeps. Great day for gardening and they have promised a smidge of rain PLEEEEEZZZZ. Ed I can't find the "Horton" in the mess down the bottom of the garden maybe it has gone like a few other things with lack of water. If I find it will try and borrow the digital phone or something and take a picture.

    Hello Trikus hows the wet up yr way can you send it down please if you have had enough.

    Liz , its as wet as ... wow not a drop of rain all day so far ,! will have to get out the herbicide and spray before the weeds take over .. nearly 1m so far this month ,,will have to check figures in the local rag today . The grass was nearly as high as an elephants eye .. but not as high as some of my monster Alocasias .. the A.portei is powering away .. easily 3m high leaves and it has not even got a trunk yet . michael aka trikus mikus with the biggus ...plantus

    Elephants eye?? Thats not a common name for an aroid is it?? ; )
