Standard tree rose 36"

  1. Can I plant my 36" standard tree rose in a planter? How big should be the planter?

You certainly can plant it in a planter, but because you aren't registered with your location and you don't say where you live, it would be impossible to say if it would survive the winter outdoors. Have the pot one third the height of the rose. If your rose is 1 meter tall, then your pot should be 1/3 meter tall.
