  1. I Have A Japanese Maple In North Louisiana - It Has Whitish Spots On The Leaves - Any Idea What This May Be? Otherwise It Looks Great! Thanks

  2. Spots on leaves

I live near New Orleans, and my Tamukeyama also has what appears to be white splashes of some sort. Just noticed this today. Could it be due to the extreme amount of rain that we've had over the last three weeks? I was applying Protekt on a weekly basis during one of my waterings, but lately have not had to water at all, thanks to "mother nature".

Has onyone else have any experience with Protekt?

hi i live in louisiana also and have many *** maples.
my atropurpurem reds tend to get spots from either too much water or not enough.
also people have told me that hard water, which there is alot around shreveport, will cause spots as well.
this wont kill them though and i dont think protekt will help this either,
although i shy away from protekt anyhow preferring to let them
    do or die.
