Our Vancouver-area garden bed had no visible plants, just soil, when we moved in this past December. In the past month or so, this groundcover-like plant with small yellow-edged, toothed, opposite leaves has popped up throughout the garden bed, covering nearly the entire bed, as well as coming up in the spaces between the concrete pavers beside the garden. I'm hoping to get some idea what I'm dealing with. Help is appreciated!

Thank you Tyrlych. I think that is a match. Based on some web research, it appears I may have my work cut out for me to eliminate this stuff. Better get started!
