Seattle Plant id help

Hi-

I would love some help identifying this evergreen, photo attached. Also, wondering if anyone knows how fast this plant grows. This is planted on one side of the house entrance and I would like to match it on the other side, but dont know if this is realistic that they would ever reach the same size?

also, wondering if anyone knows what this second plant/ perrenial is?
