Looks like a species of toadflax (Linaria). This genus was formerly classified in the family Scrophulariaceae, but is now classified in the family Plantaginaceae.

Looks a lot like a wild delphinium to me.
Here's the wild delphimium in Middle Georgia

In google searching delphinium, they appear to grow in the Alps, and Africa, so why not a Greek island?

I didn't look before, you're right - the spurs etc. and what may be an old fruit behind are like those of Delphinium.
